All items MUST be unworn, in their original condition with original tags still attached and returned to us within 14 days to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Redditch Schools - How do I complete an exchange or return?
Our customer services point at Unit 30, Dunlop Road (B97 5XP) is open 10.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday for collections, returns and exchanges. There is no need to book time slots so please feel free to visit us whenever it’s convenient for yourself.
National Schools - Online Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to complete exchanges for items purchased online for national schools. Please feel free to return to us the items you no longer require. Please see the online returns instructions provided. A new online order will then need to be placed via our website for the correct sizes/items you require.
Online Returns
Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, all original tags are still attached and all items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of order delivery in order to obtain a refund.
Returns:
- 1. Using the returns note, mark which products are being returned, the quantity of items being returned and the reason(s) why. If you do not have the returns form, please write your full name, order number, email address, contact details and any other relevant information on a piece of paper.
- 2. Seal your items securely in a bag/box with the returns note/paper inside
- 3. Address the return to: (Returns) Orchard Clothing Ltd., 30 Dunlop Road, Redditch, Worcestershire, B97 5XP
- 4. We recommend sending your return via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any goods that do not reach us without a proof receipt for the recorded or signed for delivery. Please be aware that all products being returned MUST be returned to us no longer than two weeks (14 days) after receipt of delivery.
